Gustav, 1963 VW Double Cab Truck

Lee has been involved with vintage VWs since 1981 when he drove his 1971 SuperBeetle to college in Santa Barbara.  He's owned most models and enjoyed restoring them for use with his family of five kids.  Lee wrote for several vintage VW magazines and has specialized in the Type 34 Karmann Ghia.  He's founded the T34 clubs & continues to manage T34 World.  With three T34s, a Beetle, & this Double Cab, they are experienced in bringing old VWs back to life & enjoying them.

He wanted to get another Double Cab to restore & have a fun family cruiser in San Diego.
