Ignition Switch

The truck came with an aftermarket ignition switch that was incorrectly mounted to the under-dash tray.

I found a clean 1961-63 switch with its original Witte key from a guy in Poland at a reasonable price.

Installation was a pain, as the access to the ignition switch hole was blocked. So I removed the steering column support bracket which allowed my fingers to direct the switch into the hole. Got the tiny mounting screw tightened down and it looks great!

I stripped & painted the steering column support bracket since it had surface rust & looked nasty.
