Delivered

The seller, Bud Hawk, offered to load & deliver the two T34s from his ranch in Sylmar for $500.  The trailer was long enough for one car, but he made some wood panels between the truck bed & trailer to allow the second T34 to be loaded.  It took five hours to drive the 140 miles because the truck blew a tire, ripping the fiberglass fender on the truck and almost losing the T34s on the freeway.

Bud delivered the 1966 Electric Sunroof to buddy Dave Cormack's home in Escondido first.  It would later be cut-up to help 20 other T34 owners with their restorations.  Then he delivered the 1962 Coupe to Lee's home in Mira Mesa.

After the T34 had been unloaded & rolled-up into the garage next to Lee's Sea Blue 1965 T34, it was time for a cold beer.
