"Audri" 1963 VW 1500 Variant

The 5-lug rims were original but they had been repainted solid white to match the body color before 1974 when it was stored in the garage.

 

Jack had the rims sand-blasted and powdercoated white.  Then he masked-off the outer rim and painted the centers in Royal Blue L393.

 

Then he bought a set of vinyl VW logo decals and applied them to the hub cab logos.
