Seat Belts

I have always installed seat belts into my VWs for safety. Having survived a freeway roll-over with just a lap belt I chose lap belts for the Variant. Bought the black clasp style at Wolfsburg West.

Inserted the metal plugs first then the two inner rear seat belts. Removed the outer chassis bolts and mounted the two outer belts.

Front seat came with seat belt mounting holes so that was even easier than the rears. And I added a pair of the vintage auto-winders to keep the belts better organized.
